Daylight Saving Time – Spring Forward
Daylight Saving Time starts at 2am on Sunday. Remember to go to bed early and set your clocks FORWARD one hour.
Wear Costumes!
Children are encouraged to wear Purim costumes to school. We will have a costume parade.
Community Purim Carnival @ TBI 12:30-2:30
The Purim Carnival is at TBI from 12:30-2:30. School is at CoM as usual. You won’t want to miss the carnival! We will have games from CoM and TBI, Costume Contest, Hamentaschen Contest , Cake Walk, Caricature Artist, Magician and Face Painting. You will be able to purchase lunch for your family at the carnival.
Miss Chocolate Order Forms Due 3/8
We will be mailing paper forms to Miss Chocolate on 3/12. Please turn your order forms in on Sunday. If you want to keep them to sell at the Community Purim Carnival or your congregation’s Purim event you may turn them in at those events by leaving them in Nora’s mailbox at TBI or on the shelf outside the office at CoM.
Online orders will be accepted through 3/13.
Student Safety Reminder
To ensure students’ safety we need to remember to follow our Drop Off and Pick Up Policy. Front doors are unlocked at 9:00am. Please stay with your child until 9:10 when the teachers are prepared for students. At the end of school meet your student in the classroom.
High School
The High School class will be meeting at TBI on Sunday morning to help set up for the Purim Carnival later in the day. The students are encouraged to come in costume since we will be having their own costume contest. Steph is out of town and Sharon Kaufman, the Program Director at CoM, will be in charge that morning. Meet at TBI at 9:30AM. Please contact Sharon at programdirector@congregationofmoses.org with any questions or if you need to arrange a different time to drop your students off.
